FFM Cafe is officially open for business and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner! We are now also open 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM. This is exciting news, and we have already served a lot of sandwiches and salads to locals!
Gourmet Coffee… Ready by 7 AM Daily!
Paxton hasn’t had a restaurant for many, many years (I’m not totally sure they ever had a proper restaurant), so it’s taking locals some time to get used to the idea of going out for a meal here in town. Being right in front of Paxton School, we see a lot of morning traffic, but breakfast really hasn’t caught on… yet. We have a few “regulars” already that pop in for coffee and a bagel or biscuit. You’ll just have to taste our offering yourself, and you too might become a regular at FFM. We are here at 7 in the morning with the grill and our signature gourmet coffee hot and ready for you.
Lunch is our most popular meal. We start serving our delicious grilled sandwiches and fresh salads at 10:30 (for teachers that have early lunch breaks). You will find a hearty offering of made-to-order entrees, and an assortment of sides and beverages to go with them. For anyone who needs their lunch ready for them to grab and go, we offer call-ahead ordering. Order early, and you’ll be put in line at the best time for you!

Dinner is essentially the same as lunch, but we do have a few nights that are busier than others. Wednesday nights, you might want to get that order to go. Our cafe fills up quickly because Weight Watchers meets at FFM starting at 5 PM. You are welcome to sit in the cafe if there is an open table, but often we reach maximum capacity, so plan accordingly. We are working on an outdoor eating area that will help with overflow issues soon.
